Easy to make, just like mom used to, slow cooked potato soup.
- 1 (5 ounce) package scalloped potato mix
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/3 cup flour
- Mix together the scallop potato mix, broth and onion. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Combine the half and half and flour in a separate bowl until smooth. Stirring constantly, mix it in to the slow cooker. Cover and cook for an additional hour, stirring occasionally.
