Slow cooker apple crisp.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup quick oats
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 5 cups peeled, sliced apples
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine

Directions

  1. Mix together the brown sugar, oats, sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir in apple slices and raisins.
  2. Pour into the slow cooker and drizzle with the butter. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
