Creamy almond apple dip.
- 2 (8 ounce) cartons vanilla low fat yogurt
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons chopped toasted almonds
- Mix together the yogurt and almond extract. Refrigerate for 1 hour. When ready to serve, sprinkle with the almonds and serve with apple slices.
