Almond Cordial Parfaits

Directions

1. Let ice cream soften at room temperature about 15 minutes.
2. In four 6 ounce freezer-safe parfait glasses, spoon 1/3 of ice cream; top with 1/2 of Amaretto, then another 1/3 of ice cream. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the macaroons; top with remaining ice cream and Amaretto. Spoon all of the whipped cream on top; sprinkle with remaining macaroons. Serve immediately or place in freezer to serve later.
