A sweet rich apricot daiquiri with a kick of amaretto.


  • 2 cups ice
  • 3/4 cup canned apricot halves, drained and semifrozen
  • 3 ounces gold rum
  • 2 ounces almond liqueur (such as amaretto)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 teaspoons superfine sugar


  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Pulse intermittently until it begins to swirl even. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds.
