This tiki-cocktail pairs the fresh taste of lime with the caramel richness of aged rum and the spiciness of cunnum and allspice. A wonderful holiday treat to enjoy amongst the company of friends and family.
- 2 ounces aged Jamaican rum
- 1 ounce fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 ounce Allspice Dram
- 1/2 ounce Burnt Cinnamon Syrup
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a rocks glass filled with large cubes of ice; serve immediately.
