This clear dessert drink is a sweet cap to enjoyable meal. Serve as a sleek alternative to a classic cake and ice cream dessert.

Ingredients

1/2 ounce anisette
1/4 ounce white crème de menthe
1/2 ounce white crème de cacao
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Shaved ice

Directions

Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and stir to combine.
Fill a coupe cocktail glass with shaved ice and then top with the anisette mixture. Serve immediately.
