This all-purpose salsa can be enjoyed as a topping to your favorite sandwich, or served with grilled meats and seafood.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup diced red pepper
- 1/2 cup diced orange pepper
- 1/2 cup diced yellow pepper
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced mango
- 1 medium diced red onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
- Season to taste with additional salt, pepper or lime juice.
- Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator to chill overnight to allow flavors to blend.
