When you are looking to spice up your dishes with some Cajun flavor, try this all purpose marinade on beef, pork, chicken or game, and use as a basting sauce while grilling.
Ingredients
- 3 cups dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon seal salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl with a wire whisk; store in a glass jar.
- Marinade meats for no longer than 24 hours, covered, in the refrigerator.
