Albariño wine is Spain’s most popular variety of white wine. Enjoy its crisp and fresh flavor in this refreshing julep cocktail, perfect for summertime.

Ingredients

3 ounces Albariño wine
1 teaspoon good quality peach liqueur
3 mint sprigs, plus 1 to garnish

Directions

Pour the wine and the peach liqueur into a cocktail glass and then fill with crushed ice and the mint sprigs.
Garnish the cocktail with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
