The intense flavor of star aniseed is blended with the fresh brightness of citrus fruit and the sparkling effervescence of Prosecco in this delicious cocktail.

Ingredients

1 ounce Sambuca Citrus
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 ounces Prosecco

Directions

Chill a champagne flute by placing in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Pour the Sambuca and lemon juice into the chilled glass and then top with the Prosecco; serve immediately.
