Easy slow cooked swiss steak and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
- 1 (12 ounce) jar beef gravy
- 2-3 pounds round steak, browned, cut into serving pieces
Directions
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
