Kirsch is the shortened name for German Kirschwasser (cherry water); a clear, subtly-flavored cherry brandy made from fermented cherries. Enjoy it blended with gin and Bénédictine in this mixed drink.
Ingredients
- 1 shot gin
- 1/2 shot Bénédictine
- 1 bar-spoon Kirsch
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then fine strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
