This cocktail comes from Absolut vodka’s attempt to cash in on a famous Sex in the City episode where Kim Cattrall’s character gets her model boyfriend a job posing naked for an Absolute ad billboard.

Ingredients

2 shots vanilla vodka
1/2 shot fresh lime juice
1/2 shot sugar syrup
1/4 shot pineapple juice
Lime twist to garnish

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except for the lime twist, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then double strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish the drink with the lime zest twist and then serve immediately.
