This warm scotch-based cocktail is made with Drambuie; a golden-colored liqueur made from aged malt whisky, heather honey and a secret blend of herbs and spices.


  • 2 ounces scotch
  • 1 ounce Drambuie
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce honey


  1. Place the honey, lime and scotch into a glass and stir well to blend.
  2. Put the Drambuie into a metal ladle and warm over a low flame. Ignite the spirit and then pour into the perspired glass. Stir the mixture twice to combine and then serve immediately.
