Açaí are considered one of the world’s super foods due to their high nutrient content and delicious flavor.
- 2 packets (7 ounces) raw, frozen unsweetened açaí pulp, thawed
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup mango juice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend for 30 seconds until mixture is smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
