Chicken and wild rice side dish.


  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2 cups cooked wild rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix everything together in a bowl and pour into a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.

I am glad the recipe wekrod out for you :) I am not sure if I mentioned it before, but I always premix a large batch of the seasonings and put them in a jar. When I make my chicken, all I need is the butter, olive oil, chicken stock and lime.
