A hearty slow cooked beef brisket.
- 3- 3 1/2 pounds trimmed corn beef brisket
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Place the beef in the slow cooker. Cover with the crushed pepper.
- Combine the broth and Worcestershire sauce and pour over the brisket. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
