A slow cooked lentil and vegetable soup.
Ingredients
- 2 (19 ounce) cans lentil home-style soup
- 1 (15 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (!4 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 ribs celery, sliced
- 1 carrot, halved and sliced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
Directions
- Mix everything together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered on low for 5-6 hours.
