Ernest Hemingway’s love of cocktails was notorious. Here is yet another concoction named in honor of the famous author.

Place the Kirsch, lime juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker along with the ice cubes.
Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then pour into a tall cocktail glass.
Top the drink with the soda water, garnish with the lime twist and then serve immediately.
