This delicious shish taouk (chicken kebabs) recipe is exotic and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Directions
- Mix garlic with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. Then add chicken and let marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- When ready to cook, preheat grill to medium heat.
- Thread chicken pieces on skewers and place on grill. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until finished, flipping to cook all sides.
