Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons low fat milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 2 slices of thick bread
Directions
- Whisk egg with milk, cinnamon, and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip bread in bowl, covering egg with mixture.
- Microwave 45 to 50 seconds, then flip bread and microwave another 45 to 50 seconds, or until eggs are fully cooked. Serve with maple syrup or jam.
