A tasty beef and black bean slow cooker soup.
- 1 pound lean ground beef, browned
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can Mexican stewed tomatoes
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper
- Add everything to greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 6-7 hours on low, or 3-3-1/2 hours on high.
