This vibrant and spicy concoction is made with rye, sweet vermouth, Campari and Mole Bitters, with the latter ingredient providing a delicate, dark chocolate aroma and cinnamon, cocoa and caramel undertone laced with an herbal essence.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounce Rye
- 3/4 ounce Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes Mole Bitters
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Stir the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
