A classic champagne cocktail is given a bit of complexity with the addition of Peychaud's bitters. Make sure your bubbly is chilled for this elegant drink.
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
- Champagne, chilled
- Thick twist of lemon peel to garnish
- Place the sugar cube into a champagne flute and then add the bitters.
- Put the lemon peel garnish into the glass and then fill the flute with the chilled champagne. Serve immediately.
