Ugly and mean

This Ugly Dog Contest contestant is a purebred chihuahua, but he looks nothing like Paris Hilton's darling doggie. This tough guy, Chico, lives in Hancock County, Mississippi, and is a Katrina survivor. And according to his owner, the hurricane made him meaner than ever. We'd hate to meet up with him in a dark alley.
