SkyRobics is a 60-minute trampoline fitness class that provides a low-impact yet highly effective regimen that combines core exercises, advanced calisthenics and strength-building aerobics to give your body a full workout. Some activities that are performed in SkyRobics include laps around the trampoline court, jumping jacks, skiing, squats, high knees and circuit training.
