Kate Middleton showed off her royal baby bump in a canary yellow Emilia Wickstead coat dress paired with a cream bow hat (or fascinator, as they are called) as she attended the Queen’s annual Garden party at Buckingham Palace on May 22.
Middleton, who is seven months pregnant, looked gorgeous and glowing as she chatted with her in-laws, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall and other guests at the event.
The Duchess of Cambridge, who is due in July, has been preparing for motherhood by taking cooking classes from her housekeeper, as well as reading parenting books. ”She is fascinated by the life growing inside her, and she is full of questions,” a source told Us Weekly.
It sounds like Kate will have plenty of help those first few weeks as a new mom as she reportedly plans on staying with her mom for the first six weeks after the baby is born! She and Prince William are having their Kensington Palace apartment renovated and asbestos removed and it won’t be finished until after their baby is born.
