The top baby names in the Southeast are slightly different than those in the Northeast. For example, the top boy name in Florida is Jayden, with Noah, Elijah and Daniel all in the top 10. The top girl name in Florida is Isabella, however Gabriella, Abigail, Mia and Chloe are also the top contenders.
On the East Coast, old-fashioned baby names, such as Victoria and Nathaniel, are popular — as are virtue names, such as Serenity and Genesis.
