Sims: "Scott and I could not be happier"

Actress-model Molly Sims welcomed a son on Tuesday. This is the first baby for the 39-year-old Project Accessory host and her husband, producer Scott Stuber.

Molly Sims announced the arrival of her baby boy at MollySims.com in an entry entitled "The Happiest Day of My Life!":

I could just eat him up he’s so sweet!

"It is with such absolute pride and pure joy that we welcome baby Stuber into our lives. He weighs in at just over 7 lbs., and I could just eat him up he’s so sweet! Scott and I could not be happier, and can’t wait to watch our little guy grow and see the world through his eyes. The past nine months have already been an incredible journey, and we are so excited for everything to come!

Lots and Lots of Love, Molly"

Prior to her delivery, Sims tweeted: "Thank you to all my followers for all your best wishes as we wait for Baby Sims-Stuber! We can't wait to meet him! xoMolly"

Sims got engaged to Stuber in 2011 and they were married in September of the same year in an intimate ceremony in Napa Valley, California. It is the first marriage for Sims and it's her husband's second. Stuber was previously married to actress Rachel Nichols back in 2008, but the marriage lasted just seven months.

The supemodel-turned TV star announced the pregnancy back in January 2012 on Twitter saying that she and her hubby were "over the moon." On her personal blog she gushed, "There are simply no words to describe the feeling... I finally get what they mean when they say pregnant women GLOW."

Sims revealed the sex of the baby in April on CBS's The Talk.

The baby's name has not yet been announced, but we'll fill you in as soon as we know!
