The Middle star Patricia Heaton went on a Twitter rant against Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke after she spoke out about the high cost of birth control. Rush Limbaugh called Fluke a "slut" -- while Heaton, who is a mom of four boys, tweeted money-saving tips.
"Hey G-Town," she tweeted, in reference to Fluke being from Georgetown. "Stop buying toothpaste, soap and shampoo! You'll save money, and no one will want to sleep with you!"
She continued her thoughts, tweeting, "Hey G-Town Gal! If your parents have to pay for your birth control, maybe they should get a say in who u sleep with! Instant birth control!"
She has since deleted some of her tweets, however a screen shot was captured here.
Rosie O'Donnell came to Fluke's defense, tweeting to Heaton: "Do [you] not agree with birth control at all ? Hmm 5 boys? Patty - if [you] had a girl [you] would think differently."
Jersey Shore star Snooki announced she was pregnant and engaged, by appearing on the cover of Us Weekly.
"It's TRUE! Our girl @snooki has a mini meatball in the oven!" Us Weekly tweeted.
"Happy to finally share the news with my fans," Snooki tweeted in response. "Thanks to all my fans for the congrats!! I love you all."
A very pregnant Jessica Simpson tweeted excitement over her Elle magazine cover, in which she is posing naked, holding her pregnant belly.
"My Elle cover comes out today!! I'm a lil nervous but I've never felt more beautiful or empowered. I hope you like it!!!" she wrote.
"In life there are moments you cherish forever and this is one of them," actress Elizabeth Berkley tweeted. "Greg and I are so excited to be expecting our 1st child this summer"
Extra host Mario Lopez, her former co-star of the hit '80s sitcom Saved by the Bell, tweeted his support.
"Congrats to my girl on her pregnancy! You're going to be an amazing mother... So happy for you!" Love you!!!xoxo"
"My thoughts on European vs. American kids," tweeted Tori Spelling, with a link to her blog that said, in part:
"European kids are treated more like little adults: no kids' menus, no kids' pools. It makes me wonder, why do we, as Americans, seem to create a separate culture for our kids? Have we made our vacations family-friendly at the cost of being relaxing for the adults? "
"Look at our matching baby bumps!! ," Kourtney Kardashian wrote, with a link to an old picture of her mom, Kris Jenner, wearing a black and white striped bathing suit and Kourtney wearing a similar look. "Like mother, like daughter!"
