Mariah Carey gave birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe in 2011 when she was 42 -- but it wasn't easy. She suffered a miscarriage in 2008, followed by acupuncture and hormone treatments to boost fertility before getting pregnant.

"I was so uncomfortable," she said of her pregnancy, calling it a "difficult time."

Congrats to Uma Thurman on her pregnancy! I think if you aren't ready for a baby in your 20s or 30s and you are healthy then why not have a baby a little later in life?
