Tips for finding a posh baby name

Victoria Beckham (aka "Posh Spice") didn't disappoint with finding posh names for her kids, including Harper Seven, Romeo, Cruz and Brooklyn. Taking tips from this posh mom, consider choosing an elegant first name and a more edgy middle name. Destination names, such as Brooklyn or London, are also great choices for baby names.

For a posh name that has a bit of an edge, consider looking for names with the letters Z or X, such as Cruz, Maddox, Knox, Jax, Zane, Zelda or Lennox.

Thanks to Beyonce's baby, Blue Ivy Carter, and Alicia Silverstone's son, Bear Blu, colorful names are suddenly posh! If naming your child Red or Yellow seems a bit too "out there" for you, consider names like Violet, Sage, Ruby or Scarlett. Go to the paint section of your local store and check out the names of paint colors for inspiration on finding the perfect colorful name.

Lastly, look at the names of your favorite designers (Gucci, Coco Chanel, Hermes) for more baby name inspiration. These exotic names are as posh as the label they represent.

Some of these names are NOT posh! Beckhams kids names are all lower-class and naming your kid after a luxury line of clothes, accessories or cars (i.e. mercades, chanel, gucci), is about the trashiest thing a person can do. Names like Alistair, Arabella and India should be on the list.

I like the names...not crazy about the unusual spelling Melissa, but with it as a middle name, asked to spell it wont come up so much. I really like Brookly. Flynn Robert is cool too! Enjoy your babies.

These names aren't posh. They're mostly pretty common.

I'm thinking of calling my twin girls Carly-Melyssah and Brooklin-Destiny and my boy Flynn-Rhobert.
