Katy Perry’s performance on Sesame Street will never air on television, thanks to her not-quite-but-almost cleavage revealing dress that was deemed too sexy for tots. But there’s no shortage of celebs who have appeared on the popular kids show over the years. Following are ten who met the dress code.

7. Destiny's Child

Beyonce, Kelly and Michelle rocked high necklines and pants while singing "A New Way to Walk with Elmo". They might be dressed a little too conservatively, if you ask us...

8. Diana Ross

The singer cheered up Big Bird by singing "Believe in Yourself". The year was 1979 and Diana was lookin' good.

9. Ray Charles

Bert and Ernie are graced with musical great Ray Charles, who performed "I Got a Song". Bert rocks the guitar, Ernie the drums and, well, do we really need to mention Ray's instrument?

10. Johnny Cash

In a performance that might have been more meaningful to Moms and Dads than the kids, Legendary Johnny Cash sang "Five Feet High" with Biff. Oh how we miss Johnny!

Two of my favorites that are not on the list: Kofi Annan helping the monsters with a dispute http://www.youtube/watch?v=RxqzWweOSbU and Madeline Kahn and Grover singing the Echo Song http://www.youtube/watch?v=hsCOTsE4atQ .
