Compression Stockings

Swollen legs and ankles can be unfortunate hallmarks of pregnancy, but compression stockings can combat the uncomfortable symptoms. "I wore those stockings that people with blood clots in their legs wear, called T.E.D. stockings," says Dr Luftman. "Plus I elevated my legs every opportunity I had."
