Sometimes it’s difficult to figure out what's actually helpful in pregnancy and what's commercialized fluff. BellaBand

Believe it or not, some women go through an entire pregnancy without ever buying special maternity clothes. Dr Ashley Roman, MPH, a clinical assistant professor in the department of obstetrics and gynecology at the New York University School of Medicine, was one of those women. Her secret? The BellaBand, a knit band that enables regular clothes to work for pregnant bodies. "I could wear my regular pants, unbuttoned and unzipped, and the BellaBand would hold them up," says Dr Roman.
