This busy mom -- who delivered two sons in two years -- got motivated to lose 42 pounds after seeing some "unflattering" pictures of herself post-babies. "I realized I didn't have to be heavy just because I have kids," she told PEOPLE. She shed the weight with the help of a nutritionist and a trainer. "It didn't happen by magic -- it was as hard for me as it would be for anyone. I didn't want to take any time away from my sons," she says.
