Is Pink always the epitome of chill? At the very least, she's a role model for plenty of freshly minted moms who are stuck bawling over sore nipples and misguidedly striving for total perfection. If that's you, just call over your pal Pink; she will sit you the fuck down, hand you a box of tissues and remind you that motherhood is chaos and that you're a goddamn perfect parent just the way you are.

And she'll probably do all that while using her breast pump — just like she did recently in a bathroom in London. How do we know she just dashed into a London loo to pump? Because on Wednesday, Pink most excellently posted an Instagram selfie with her shirt yanked around her neck and an adorably comical expression on her face.

Her caption included the hashtags #pumpupthejams (hilarious) and #mombreak.

Pink has long been an advocate of normalizing breastfeeding, and her son, Jameson Moon, now 8 months old, has been a perfect accomplice in that goal. (She also has a daughter, Willow Sage, who's 6. Pink's equally badass co-parent is motocross racer Carey Hart.)

What's Pink doing in the U.K.? Well, she's been hotel-hopping across Europe, getting ready for the big drop of her new album, Beautiful Trauma. As usual, fans are loving Pink's candid shots of family life on social media — earlier this month, she shared a picture of Jameson playing in a monogrammed tote on her hotel room floor. I mean come on.
