Serena Williams just lobbed a pregnancy question into the Twitterverse, and by George, Twitter is going to return that serve.

Instead of turning to the old standby What to Expect When You're Expecting, Williams opted for a thoroughly modern approach to getting pregnancy tips. On Tuesday, the pregnant tennis superstar asked millions of Twitter users for some practical advice.

If you figured there would be some humorous replies, well, you figured right (and obviously know Twitter).

One user suggested some tennis moves.

Said another. “You will ace it soon enough." (Ha. We see what you did there.)

Of course, Twitter's most earnest souls were also on hand to offer up useful advice and extol the merits of a body pillow during pregnancy.

Some took the question quite seriously.

Some provided visual aids.

Others were more succinct in their advice.

Most were all love and support.

Maybe Williams has got a soft spot for her online fans. After she watched the internet go seriously crazy (in a good way) when she accidentally (oopsie) announced in April that she and her fiancé Alexis Ohanian were expecting their first child.

Williams has been generous about sharing pregnancy updates and photos with her fans, but she's been quiet so far on the sex of the baby. But maybe we'll hear something soon — if we keep hanging out on Twitter.
