Molly Sims reveals the gender of her third child

When she's not writing, Claire Gillespie can most often be found wiping snotty noses, picking up Lego, taking photos of her cat or doing headstands.

Actress and model Molly Sims had two little helpers for her gender reveal

Molly Sims enlisted the help of her two children, 4-year-old Brooks Alan and 19-month-old Scarlett May, to reveal the gender of baby No. 3.

Model and actress Sims posted a video to her blog Tuesday showing the trio taking the lid off a wrapped box to let loose several blue balloons.

It seems big brother Brooks is particularly excited to have another boy in the family; he celebrates by singing the Batman theme song and his mom explains that he has already named the baby "Jack and the Bean Stalk-Batman."

Dad Scott Stuber is equally excited, apparently. Sims said, "When they first told my husband we were having a boy, I swear he almost started crying."

Last week, Sims opened up about her fertility struggles in a video posted to her YouTube channel. She revealed that she froze her embryos nine months before she and Stuber married in September 2011. They conceived first child Brooks naturally, but tried IVF twice before ultimately conceiving naturally with Scarlett.

"I think what women put themselves through — the emotions and the shots and the hormones and the weight gain and then trying to lose the weight — it’s just a struggle, it’s so difficult," said Sims, who also revealed that her third pregnancy was a surprise: "After five tests we were like, 'OK, maybe this is happening,' but it was definitely shocking."

Baby No. 3 is expected to arrive in December.
