Justin Timberlake thanks Jessica Biel for keeping the world turning

Justin Timberlake took some time to praise the strong women in his life this Mother's Day, giving a shoutout to his wife Jessica Biel, his own mom and mothers everywhere.

"M.I.L.F. Alert!!!! Happy Mother's Day to this AMAZING MOM AND WIFE," Timberlake playfully captioned an Instagram photo of Biel and the couple's son, Silas. "And, to all of the Mother's out there... You keep the World turning!! Hope every single one of you has an amazing day!"

Biel certainly deserves the praise — the new mom is a supermom by definition as she dizzyingly juggles her career and motherhood. In a Q and A with The Skimm, she joked about how hectic her mornings are, saying she's "disheveled, running late, doing too many things at once and underperforming all of them. But pretty thrilled about mediocrity!" Of course, she's her own worst critic, though the feeling is totally relatable. And I love how she's literally juggling a child in this photo:

On @theskimm Well good morning @JessicaBiel. UpWiththeSkimm #SkimmLife Name: Jessica Biel Job: Mama Bear, actress, producer, wannabe alpinist, consummate student of the @WomanCareGlobal #ThenWhoWill campaign. What time do you get up? It varies but I would say always (2) hours before I’d really like to. How many times do you snooze? I’m not a snoozer. Never have been. Wish I was but I would never get up if I did. I do snooze periodically throughout the day during any sort of boring conversation. Do you snore? I don’t think so. And even if I did, my dog Tina snores so loudly that no one would ever know if I did. Thanks T. 3 things you can't live without in the AM? Yoga. Eating breakfast with my kid. Listening to Erykah Badu while I eat with my kid. We love her. Favorite line from theSkimm recently? “What to say to your niece who just found out about Santa? It’s OK. The Nazi Gold Train isn’t real either. What's your morning drink? Bullet Proof Decaf Coffee. Who do you let speak to you before coffee? Wait... is that an option? Complete the sentence: Woke up like this: Disheveled, running late, doing too many things at once and underperforming all of them; but pretty thrilled about mediocrity! Could be a lot worse, guys. A lot worse.

More: No one showed me how to be a mom, but I did it anyway

Biel has been open about the challenges of motherhood, calling it "the hardest job in the world" in an appearance on Today. "It’s an amazing, amazing experience. Incredibly hard," she said. "I've never been so thankful for my own mother." She added that Timberlake is helping her every step of the way: “He is doing it all. He is in there; he’s in there deep.”

On her own Instagram, Biel reflected on how motherhood has given her a new respect for her own mother: "Happy Mother's Day to you, Mom. I only, just now, understand what you did for me." She joked that she's now so busy, she doesn't even have time to properly toast all the world's strong mothers: "And to all moms everywhere, I'm having a champagne in your honor. And when I say champagne I mean seltzer water cause mama's gotta do carpool in the am."

Well, if she's not going to pop some champagne and toast herself and all these strong women, I will. Somebody has to, right?
