Nothing brings out the fun of Easter like a box of colorful candy Peeps. Now you can take the fun to a whole new level by incorporating Peeps into this fantastic play dough recipe.
Traditional homemade play dough is always a hit with kids. But add an Easter treat, and you're upping the ante.
The kids will love diving in and getting their hands dirty mixing together their own Peeps play dough in a rainbow of colors. You'll have enough Peeps left over to sneak a few tasty treats too.
1. Break off 6 Peeps, and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Add 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil to the bowl with the Peeps. If you don't have coconut oil on hand, any oil will work.
3. Microwave the Peeps and the oil on high for 30 seconds. The kids will love watching the Peeps puff up as they melt in the microwave.
