The gorgeous Lena Headey recently got the rumor mill buzzing when she was spotted out with what appeared to be a baby bump, and the 41-year-old actress confirmed the baby news in a statement to People.com.
"I'm happy to confirm that I'm having my second child this summer," she said. "I only hope that this announcement can help me to regain some of the privacy I have recently lost to prying photographers and ask that they please respect my privacy and let me enjoy this time."
For those who don't recognize Headey unless she is in her queen Cersei Lannister blond wig, here she is in her Game of Thrones character:
The English actress already has a 4-year-old son named Wylie with her ex-husband, Peter Loughran, whom she divorced in 2013.
Who is the father of this baby? Headey didn't say (how very Cersei of her…), however, she has been spotted out with her Game of Thrones costar Pedro Pascal, who played Oberyn Martell in Season 4. Even though he was brutally killed off on the show, the pair have stayed close.
In fact, we checked out Headey's Instagram account, and she posted this picture with the cute actor, with the caption, "Sunshine love."
Not to mention Pascal was gushing all over her last year in a Reddit interview:
"Lena is one of my favourite persons. And she is so funny and so smart, such a good person, a good friend and a good mother," he said. "I think everyone on that set and anyone who comes in contact with her develops an instant crush."
No official word from Headey who the father is, but our money is on Pascal.
The fifth season of Game of Thrones hits HBO in April, so she has probably already filmed all her scenes, which means her pregnancy probably won't be written into the upcoming season.
