Nationwide baby wipes recall involves 5 popular retailers

Stop what you're doing and check your diaper bag for these recalled baby wipes

Moms, check your diaper bags: 10 brands of baby wipes from five retailers are part of a nationwide recall.

Nutek Disposables, Inc. issued a voluntary product recall of all baby wipes on Saturday warning people that bacteria was found in the packaging of some wipes. Affected brands include: Cuties, Diapers.com, Femtex, Fred's, Kidgets, Member's Mark, Simply Right, Sunny Smiles, Tender Touch and Well Beginnings. The wipes are sold at Walgreens, Sam's Club, Family Dollar, Fred's and Diapers.com.

The company had originally issued a recall earlier this month for just the products that tested positive for the bacteria. They expanded the recall after more complaints of discolored and strange-smelling wipes were received.

The company is recalling all lots for all baby wipe products at all locations. They do not yet know the source of the problem and have stopped shipping.

If you have bought any of these products recently, you can return them to the place you bought them for a complete refund.

Customers with questions may contact the company at 1-855-646-4351.
