Bethenny says, "Number one — sunscreen. Pick one that’s good for you and your child so you don’t have to use a kids’ sunscreen that makes you break out because it’s too heavy. One that’s around SPF 40 that you both can wear. The second must-have would be baby wipes. They’re always super handy for your kids of course, but for me, I use them to keep my hands clean when I’m out and about, and they’re also good for wiping your face after a workout so you don’t break out. They are also great for makeup removal. My third must-have is water — in theory, but I don’t drink as much as I should. All of these things are things you both can use."
