“It's gayby shower day! He's trying to talk!” Fergie tweeted, posting this picture of her holding a “Say my name“ sign during her baby shower (or “gayby“ shower, since it was thrown by her gay BFFs).
Hubby Josh is getting in on the fun as well!
“Do you have any ideas for the baby’s name?“ one Twitter follower, @safehavenprobs, tweeted the dad-to-be.
“We now have over 7k names. Check my Facebook & Instagram!” he tweeted back.
We jumped over to his Instagram, where he enlisted the help of his fans.
“As you probably already know, I'm expecting a baby boy soon. Seems like 'celebrities' have a knack for picking unusual baby names. Let's see how you do. Special surprise for the WORST name you come up with for #BabyBoyDuhamel!” he wrote.
Fans had fun with the baby name project, coming up with names such as Salik, Orangejello, “Royal Baby” — and one person suggested just calling him “First name.”
Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster had a huge scare when their 5-year-old son, Usher Raymond V, was stuck under water for two minutes when his arm got stuck in the pool drain as he tried to get his toy. He is expected to be fine and is recovering at a hospital.
“Cabin fever.. But I'm so happy to say that my son is doing much better. Talking & asking for food. Thank you for ur well wishes & prayers,” Foster tweeted on Wednesday.
“....And no I haven't gone anywhere or done anything. #Relax,” she later wrote.
The last tweet could be in response to reports saying that Foster has requested an emergency hearing to regain primary custody of their two children. Usher and Foster had a nasty custody dispute over their two children, Raymond V and 4-year-old Naviyd Ely, with him getting primary custody.
This pool accident happened when Usher was not home and the boys were being taken care of by a nanny and Usher’s aunt. A source told People that she is “livid,” that the accident happened when he wasn’t home. Usher has yet to tweet about the accident, but did release a statement saying he was “blessed and fortunate” that his son is doing well.
“Im very happy this morning, my son is resting well,” Foster tweeted on Thursday morning. “we had a SpongeBob marathon ALLL night, he wouldn't go to sleep! Thank u 4 the prayers.”
It was only last July that Foster’s 11-year-old son Kile was tragically killed in a jet ski accident.
“How bored does he look feeding me MORE cake?” tweeted Minnie Driver, sharing this adorable photo of her 4-year-old son Henry.
The actress recently researched her genealogy on the show, Who Do You Think You Are, and was shocked to discover that her mother was really her father’s mistress! He actually had a secret double life and was living with another family someplace else.
She actually took to Twitter to defend her father, who is no longer living. “So I'm on Who Do You think You Are tonight in BBC 1 at 9pm. Despite Mail/Express nonsense about my Dad he was a hero,” she tweeted. “A Human- being hero; subject to all the same faults and triumphs available to us all.”
“Thank you very much for your kind words. Proud to be a Northern Lass, glad I'm not the only actor in my family, happy my Dad was my Dad,” she later wrote.
The show helped her reconnect with long lost relatives, such as her father’s daughter she had never met, but it sounds like Twitter reconnected her with family also.
“Oh Twitter, how extraordinary..more family has found me through this forum..I'm just blown away at how this is unfolding. What a thing,” she tweeted.
“I can't stop laughing right now, genius!” tweeted Victoria Beckham, posting this picture of her 10-year-old son Romeo dressed up to look like the designer Karl Lagerfeld.
Never mind the cute picture of Romeo — we would rather see a picture of Victoria laughing!
Just kidding, we love you, VB!
