On September, 27, 2010 SheKnows was honored with the distinguised 2010 OMMA Website Excellence Award for the Family/Parenting/Women’s Interest, naming SheKnows.com as the No. 1 women's property on the web!

SheKnows.com: The #1 Women's site on the web!

In recognition of the stellar content, design and comprehensive offerings for women here at SheKnows, the site has been presented with the Website Excellence Award in the Family/Parenting/Women's Interest Category.

SheKnows was also awarded the Members Choice Award for Website Excellence from among all the websites nominated in all categories.

"We are beyond thrilled and honored to have won two OMMA Awards at the Awards dinner this year," says Kyle Cox, General Manager for SheKnows. "We strive to make SheKnows the ultimate destination for women providing expert information and advice, entertainment and a strong community. We also pride ourselves on going beyond the banner by offering marketers innovative sponsorships and creative integrations that are an uninterrupted part of the user experience while resonating with our readers."

About the OMMA Award

The OMMA Awards are produced by MediaPost, a leading publisher of print and online magazines for media and advertising pros. In their words, the awards "celebrate the year's most innovative and brilliant online advertising creative, campaigns and websites" -- meaning it is truly an honor for SheKnows to have been nominated!

This award goes to websites with outstanding content, visual design and user-friendly navigation. We were nominated in the Family/Parenting/Women's Interest category (meaning content primarily related to family issues, parenting/child rearing tips, family activities and other information aimed at women).
