Key areas of responsibility include:

• Work with Director of Product Development to further enhance, improve and grow all video products
• Work with development teams to diagnose and fix issues, maintain priorities of defects and requests
• Work with our Video Production team to distribute content to internal teams for approval
• Work with approved content to transcode and enter data into our video CMS
• Work with uploaded content to syndicate to appropriate owned and operated websites
• Work with business development to syndicate content to affiliated and 3rd party websites
• Develop and maintain custom video players
• Work with trafficking and sales to set realistic expectations, timelines, meet stream goals and plan upcoming product modifications and goals
• Maintain a high level of communication and intellectual honesty between all working parts to deliver an amazing experience to end-users, stakeholders and customers alike

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years product development/management (as this is a hybrid role, training on either side of product is expected)
• Exemplary communication skills
• Extreme knowledge of web products and technologies
• Experience with using a CMS to manage content
• Professional exposure to online media a plus
• HTML/CSS, Online Video experience a huge plus
• Experience within a lean/agile system (Scrum, Kanban, etc) a huge plus
• Entrepreneurial/start-up experience a plus
