Philippe Guelton, SheKnows CEOPhilippe Guelton

Chief executive officer

Before joining SheKnows, Philippe Guelton served as president of Thrillist Media Group, a leading men's lifestyle publication, and operator of Jackthreads.com, a members-only shopping club.

Previously Philippe served in several senior roles at HFMUS (Hachette), most recently as EVP and chief operating officer, where he oversaw the company's media properties, including Elle, Elle Décor and Woman's Day, among others.

During his time at HFMUS, Philippe led the launch of Glo.com, a premier online fashion and beauty property, in partnership with MSN and BermanBraun. He was also instrumental in the sale of HFMUS to Hearst in June 2011.


Samantha Skey, SheKnows CROSamantha Skey

Chief revenue officer

Prior to her current role as chief revenue officer at SheKnows, Samantha Skey was chief revenue officer for Recyclebank, where she built the revenue model from the ground up and scaled the commercial business from zero to $26 million within two years.

A frequent presenter and commentator for business and trade media, Samantha's speaking events include SXSW 2012, ad:tech 2012, the Gamification Summit of 2012, GreenBiz State of Green Business Forum 2011, the Physic Ventures-Edelman Social Media Summit 2011, SheStreams 2011, OMMA Global New York 2011, Gamification Summit 2011 and ad:tech conference 2011.

Samantha helped develop Riddler, one of the web's first real-time, multi-player, reward-based gaming sites at Interactive Imaginations. She has served in management positions at The Walt Disney Company and CNET, was the chief marketing officer at Passenger, Inc. and is a long-term member of Alloy's executive team at Alloy Inc., where she served as executive vice president of strategic marketing. Samantha is an advisory to ad:tech, SmartyPants Ltd., CoolSchool, The Bronx Academy of Letters, Kuato Studios and Homer Learning. Samantha holds a BA in comparative literature from Hamilton College. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.


Lea Ann Leming, SheKnows CCOLea Ann Leming

Chief content officer

At SheKnows, Lea Ann Leming serves as the company's content visionary, responsible for driving user experience, social and real-time content across editorial, video production and the Experts Among Us platform.

Prior to SheKnows, Lea Ann was in charge of editorial, content strategy, social media and user engagement across ABC News' full spectrum of digital properties, including ABCNews.com, GoodMorningAmerica.com, mobile web, apps and other emerging platforms. Before that, she was a founding member of CNN.com and CNNfn.com (now CNNMoney.com), and she developed and oversaw HLNtv.com. As vice president of New Products at Turner Broadcasting, she co-created and led TheFrisky.com, a leading lifestyle/pop culture site for women.

Lea Ann received a BA in English, as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Tennessee. She has won numerous awards via her various digital media teams, including the Edward R. Murrow Award, the George Foster Peabody Award and the Webby Award.


Franklin Vincent, SheKnows, CFOFranklin Vincent

Chief financial officer

At SheKnows, Franklin Vincent oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, human resources and administrative functions, ensuring that the company is well positioned for continued growth.

Before joining SheKnows, Franklin served as the chief financial officer for Signia Ventures, LLC and as an adviser in charge of a family office based in Menlo Park, California. There he worked on investments focused on social and mobile companies and was an executive-in-residence, supporting new investment acquisitions and emerging portfolio companies. Prior to that, Franklin was the chief financial officer and general manager at Adify, a COX Enterprises property and digital advertising platform, along with numerous finance leadership roles at Cox Communications and Sprint Wireless.

Franklin earned his MBA from Arizona State University's School of Global Management. He received his BS in management from California State University, San Bernadino.
