Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining SheKnows, Philippe Guelton served as President of Thrillist Media Group, a leading men’s lifestyle publication and operator of Jackthreads.com, a members-only shopping club.
Previously, Guelton served in several senior roles at HFMUS (Hachette) most recently as EVP & Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw the company’s media properties, including Elle, Elle Décor and Woman’s Day, among others.
During his time at HFMUS, Guelton led the launch of Glo.com, a premier online fashion and beauty property, in partnership with MSN and BermanBraun. He was also instrumental in the sale of HFMUS to Hearst in June 2011.
Chief Revenue Officer
Prior to her current role as chief revenue officer at SheKnows, Skey was chief revenue officer for Recyclebank, where she built the revenue model from ground up, and scaled the commercial business from zero to $26 million within two years.
A frequent presenter and commentator for business and trade media, Skey’s speaking events include SXSW 2012, ad:tech 2012, the Gamification Summit of 2012, GreenBiz State of Green Business Forum 2011, the Physic Ventures-Edelman Social Media Summit 2011, SheStreams 2011, OMMA Global New York 2011, Gamification Summit 2011 and ad:tech conference 2011.
Skey helped develop Riddler, one of the web’s first real-time, multi-player, reward-based gaming sites at Interactive Imaginations. She has served in management positions at The Walt Disney Company and CNET, was the chief marketing officer at Passenger, Inc. and is a long-term member of Alloy’s executive team at Alloy Inc., where she served as executive vice president of strategic marketing. Skey is an advisory to ad:tech, SmartyPants Ltd., CoolSchool, The Bronx Academy of Letters, Kuato Studios and Homer Learning. Skey holds a BA in comparative literature from Hamilton College. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.

As co-founder and president, Cox is responsible for the vision, execution and continued success of the SheKnows brand. Under his leadership the SheKnows team has been recognized with Emmy®, DPAC, OMMA and Digiday awards, taking the company from inception to the leading women’s lifestyle on the web. An experienced publisher in the women's general interest category, he draws on his knowledge of the media that appeal to women to power the strategic vision of the SheKnows family of sites.
Prior to SheKnows, Cox’s high-profile publishing background grew from being raised in the printing industry, to starting three national publishing companies.
