The reason why for any lacking libido ranges from a lot of things in your to-do list and dealing a lot of hours for your hormones being from whack. A well-balanced diet that you consume a number of things and proper being active is probably appropriate. There isn't any fast solution or ingredient.

Very interesting list of foods. I never knew avocado and watermelon would increase my drive! I love those two foods, as does my hubby. I agree with Emma - what foods should we avoid so we don't get the opposite effect, haha?

I had no idea that these foods could have such amazing effects! I should definitely start implementing them into my diet more, I'm sure my man wouldn't mind! And he loves avocados too, so it's good to know they are helpful to both es. It is so fascinating to think that food can play a part in your drive. Now I wonder what foods to avoid so that I don't get the opposite effect.
